A one-sentence central entry point for daily paper recommendations. Use it when the user says “today's paper recommendations”, “paper recommendations for the past 3 days”, “paper recommendations for the past week”, “papers from the last 3 days”, or “let's see what papers there are this week”. Internally it automatically chains together three steps—paper fetching, recommendation generation, and key-paper notes—without the user needing to break them apart manually.
